Hi my name is Papa Vay’ Landers, i’m a multi-instrumentalist from Knoxville, Tn. I started traveling/learning music at a fairly young age and quickly became addicted to wondrous lifestyle of sleeping anywhere and picking tunes. I started playing banjo first i studied old-time banjo tunes along with Cajun claw-hammer songs. I’ve since picked guitar and have been studying blues for about two years now.
My goals is to spread as much knowledge and authenticity to what i play and how i play from how i learned and how i carry myself in music to be noticed. I want to also be an educator and travel and teach people about old music.
