The Campfire Reverands MANNA Benefit Show @ Pisgah Brewing Co 12 14 2018
Once again, we gather to celebrate the life of our dearest Pete Spinney, with song, beer, and holiday cheer!
In honor of Spinney, Pisgah Brewing Company & The Whale :: A Craft Beer Collective have collaborated to bring us the N.F.A. IPA, a fresh, dank West Coast style IPA. This limited release will be available starting at 6:00 pm.
Starting at 7:30 pm, The Campfire Reverends will be performing two sets for the first time as a *sextet,* presenting a setlist carefully crafted with Spinney in mind.
This event is benefitting MANNA FoodBank. A $5 suggested donation or equivalent non-perishable food items will be accepted at the door.
CAMPFIRE REVERENDS – Nestled amongst the edges of the WNC music scene lies a group of friends committed to pleasing the inner nature of music and community, embracing a multitude of acoustic styles accompanied with choice sing-a-long material and a love of improvisation.
Founded by Brandon Archer (guitar/vocals) and Benton Wharton (guitar/vocals), the group has grown its family to include fellow Reverends Bobby Miller (mandolin/vocals), Billy Jack Sinkovic (cello/vocals), Melissa Autumn Raines (vocals/percussion), and Jim “Lil Jimmy” Peterman (organ/piano/vocals). Expect an evening of special guests, soulful ballads and explorative instrumentals from a true family of musicians.
