Independent Arts & Music of Asheville (IamAvl) is a community based web channel (iamavl.com), and full service production company that expands the reach of Asheville’s creative sector. We do this by bringing our vibrant art and music community together through episodic audio and video content of what’s happening in the streets, clubs, and in the studio. Based out of the famed Echo Mountain Recording Studios in downtown Asheville, IamAvl is run by music industry professionals with experience both on-stage and behind the scenes. At the forefront of new technology and community outreach, we are one of the country’s first video production houses to be wired directly into multiple clubs and venues, streaming and archiving live video performances, and bringing viewers the music from around Asheville and the region.
