The Bald Mountain Boys have been playing Smokin’ Mountain Grass around Western North Carolina for several years. The band formed in Asheville, NC and is cooking up a hot mix of Appalachian Roots music. Nelson Puckett (Guitar) J.d. Smith (Bass) Kendall Huntley (Banjo, Vocals),Alex Ball (Fiddle) and Ben Williams (Mandolin, Vocals) give classic pickin’ due respect while forging a new rowdy mountain sound.
